I'm Dan Illes and I am the owner of Water Bill Solutions.
I am a real estate investor specializing in infill developments. I have a background in Civil Engineering Technology, which lends itself well to both real estate developing and water submetering. I own a number of rental properties with the No Wire Submetering System installed.
Much like yourself, I saw water (and money) literally going down the drain due to tenants having no accountability.
